1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between zoy 9 and its members. By using the zoy 9 platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. Please read them carefully and in full before registering.

The following key terms are used throughout this document: "Platform" refers to the zoy 9 website and mobile application; "Member" refers to a registered user; "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and related features provided by zoy 9; "Account" refers to the personal profile created upon registration.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register at zoy 9, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. These Terms and Conditions apply equally to all members, and no exceptions will be made.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and the balances forfeited.

• zoy 9 may request identity and proof of address documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.
• Account transfers and sales are strictly prohibited. An account may only be used by the person who registered it.

3 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Zoy 9 regularly offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions. It is important to read and understand the relevant terms before claiming any offer. Accepting a bonus without reading the Terms and Conditions may cause issues later.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless otherwise stated.
• The maximum bet amount using bonus funds is capped at BDT 500 per round.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• zoy 9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Bonus abuse — creating an account solely to claim bonuses, or opening multiple accounts under different family members' names to collect bonuses.
• Using any software, bot, or automated system to play games or place bets.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, intimidating, or insulting other members or zoy 9 staff.
• Spreading false information or committing fraud using the zoy 9 name or logo.

6 Responsible Gaming

• Option to set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

8 Limitation of Liability

Zoy 9 is not liable for service disruptions caused by technical issues, network outages, or third-party failures. However, we work to resolve any technical problems quickly and follow a policy of fair compensation for affected members.

• Services may be temporarily unavailable during server maintenance — advance notice will be provided.
• If a bet result is voided due to a technical game error, the stake will be refunded.
• zoy 9 is not responsible for issues caused by a member's own device or internet connection.

9 Changes to Terms & Termination

Zoy 9 may update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or platform notification at least 7 days in advance.

If a member does not wish to accept the updated terms, they may request to close their account. All valid withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
